Stretches

Important Note: Remember to consult a physician prior to beginning a new exercise program!


  • Stretch: Neck Stretch
  • Target Area: Sternocleidomastoid
  • Other Areas:
    • Splenius
  • Preparation:
    • None: just stand straight.
  • Execution:
    • Turn head over shoulder to one side. Hold stretch for 20 seconds. Repeat to other side.
