I guess you're talking about "Legal Info for Reloaders" (www.cdnshootingsports.org/legal_info_for_reloaders.html)
Looking at the page, I would interpret the advice (while written by a lawyer, it is his interpretation of the law) as the two being able to be stored together, since the word "seperate" is not in the text.
