I usually re-size and re-seat my fired brass with new primers when I get home from the range.I was informed at the Sportsman Show a few years ago by the reps who have all the fact sheets concerning the firearms laws, etc. that if I did this my primers are no longer considered to be "loose" as defined in the explosives act.
