parts for CIL 180

I recently bought have a CIL 180 that does not extract spent casings. I understand this rifle action is based on the Anschutz 64. Not sure if that is correct but in any case, am I right in assuming the extractors need replacement, or could it be something else? Casing are not tight in the chamber.

Finally, any thoughts on where I could get parts.
