Try asking at www.ontariotarget.ca or
www.sfc-ftc.ca
The first one is the recognized body for the province of Ontario, but there are knowledgeable people there.
The second is the National body for Olympic shooting, & hopefully they will help you.
Also, try looking up shooting clubs in British Columbia, Canada. A lot of them will end with .ca or .org
Sorry, I don't know the website for the B.C. federation.
